Here's our How To Page if you need a little bit of help getting your order from us sorted. This is for when you like a design, but want to change something.
Or you want to choose something from our Full Catalogue and want to add one of our designs to that.

How to change a double sided print to a single sided one, or vise versa
For this you click on the Customize Design button.
You can remove one of the designs completely by clicking on the white X inside the red circle.

And if the design is on the front, but you want it on the back instead, you can remove it from the front as above. After that you then click on the back in the Locations Tab, then click on the Add design icon at the top of the page. You'll usually have a choice or either a DTG Print or a DTF Transfer. Click on the option you want, then select the design you want from our design database.
The design will appear inside the the orange dotted print area. If you drag to resize or move it, then take care not to drag some of it outside the printable area*. You may also have an option to add it to a sleeve too, or add some other text to it as well.

How to change the size of the print on your order
To change the size of the print for your order, once again you click on the Customize Design button. From there you can change the size of the print by clicking on one of the grey cirles in the 4 corners of the artwork and dragging in or out. You can also click on the print and move it down or up - be careful not to drag a bit of it outside of the printable area though. It needs to all be inside the orange dotted box*.

How to change the colour of your apparel on your order
Our apparel products will all have several colour options available. Click on the colour you would like. If the colour option isn't available you could select a whole new similar product, and add the design to that. Click on the Change Product Button, this will take to you our Full Catalogue. You can select a different product from there. A few of the shirts and hoodies have different colour options available, so if you don't find one with the right colour straight away, there should be another similar product with it.

How to put one of our designs on an item from our Full Catalogue
Select the apparel or merchandise option you want. Then choose the size and colour, then click on the Add design button at the top of the page. You'll have a choice or either a DTG Print or a DTF Transfer. Click on the option you want, then select the design you want from our design database. The design will appear inside the the orange dotted print area. If you drag to resize or move it, then take care not to drag some of it outside the printable area*. You may also have an option to add it to a sleeve too, or add some other text to it as well.

How to know if the apparel you order will fit you
Our clothing sizes are measured from armpit to armpit across one side on clothing laid flat (not while being worn at the time). So your best bet is to measure something you have that fits you nicely and go off that size. Please note measurements can vary +/- 2.5 cm - this is within the manufacturer's tolerance.
